In this week’s episode I was joined by 4x Paralympian, winning a silver medal at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, Ali Jawad. The success Ali has had in Para Powerlifting is awesome, competing at the highest level and breaking numerous world records, so to be able to chat with him and hear his story was great. Therefore, in this episode, we chatted about how he started Para Powerlifting, his career and mindset around training, as well as life after competing and his new app venture.
