A Norwegian Business man apparently connected with the company selling the pagers to Hisbolalh is now missing! Meanwhile in the Norwegian Sea, the cargo vessel Ruby, carrying 20,000 tons of ammonium nitrate, is now drifting aimlessly in the Skagerak between Norway and Denmark, suffering damage to its propeller, hull, and rudder. Could this be a component of a hybrid wargame?
