In this episode I sat down with a friend of mine in my home where we had warm coffee , strawberries, and min muffins over a great discussion on seasons of suddenly when things in life catch us off guard . How we respond to those suddenly moments determines if we are able to move forward and overcome emotions, grief, heartache, worry, or we allow to stay in a place of where we could allow people to pity us.
