I am a current Data Analytics student at Nashville Software School. I am interested in Sports Psychology with an emphasis on Strength and Conditioning but also enjoy helping people learn how to reach their goals in terms of health, Personal Training and well-being through Core Strength. My previous work experiences have taught me how to deal with different personalities, cultures and work environments. My goals include expanding my knowledge in the field while continuing to develop Strength & Conditioning skills while simultaneously increasing my knowledge of exercise physiology
