Tariq Rasool works as an administrator in the Tucson Unified School District. He is a member of ESI’s Retire-to-Rehire Program and speaks candidly about the opportunity ESI gave him to extend his career and “finally get paid what he’s worth to run the village.” He also explains why he typically carries 100 $1 bills to school and makes change whenever he can.
