Listen "Crowded Volume 03 Cutting-Edge Desolation"
Episode Synopsis
Send us a text"It became this giant spectacle. The more attention it got, the more money it raised. Because it dumb or funny or stupid. Who cares why. People wanted in."This week, Mike and Alex wrap up their look at Crowded by Christopher Sebela, Ro Stein, and Ted Brandt with Volume 3: Cutting-Edge Desolation. They get right to it and start at the end, breaking down everything surrounding the final reveals and revelations the story gives you. Seeing how it all played out, the guys discuss some of the storytelling decisions made throughout the series to get them to this end, and ponder how releasing this final volume as a completed collected trade (versus returning with single issues) may or may not have affected said storytelling. This is a super fun book that we really enjoyed taking a deeper look at, and hope you enjoyed it as well. And with that, we come to the end of another calendar year for the Storied Arcs podcast.
