One of the biggest lies I was ever told was that everyone is my customer. I remember it vividly. It was a lie I perpetuated for a long time myself, in direct sales, independent business ownership, etc. I thought that because everyone wore clothes - everyone was my customer. That kind of thinking trapped me in a tiny little business with no potential for freedom - EVER. I didn’t know it then - but the very FOUNDATION upon which I had built my business was the reason I was struggling. I had no idea!
