Listen "AfroLatinx Representation in STEM and beyond"
Episode Synopsis
On this epsiode, my guest is 4th year PhD student Whitney Stevens-Sostre. We discuss her unique experience as someone who identifies as both black and Latinx and how it has affected her career trajectory as an aspiring tenured professor. Whitney also shares her thoughts on how non-black people can help dismantle the current systems that are causing barriers to entry for minority students.
