When you find yourself getting angry at someone, remind yourself that this is a spiritual battle. It's not the person you're at war with, there's a war of good and evil. Encourage yourself to stay calm and filled with peace. The devil can't win this battle- not today.
1 Samuel 30:6, "And David was greatly distressed, for the people spoke of stoning him, because all the people were bitter in soul, each for his sons and daughters. But David strengthened himself in the Lord his God."
