In the second hour, Steve Rosenbloom and Mark Grote were joined by Cubs Insider editor-in-chief Evan Altman to discuss the departures of president of baseball operations Theo Epstein, outfielder Kyle Schwarber, outfielder Albert Almora Jr. and broadcaster Len Kasper from the Cubs organization. The guys then conducted their What Mark Heard segment in which Grote revisited the best audio from Bears personnel throughout the week. Later, Grote shared his idea of what new Cubs baseball boss Jed Hoyer might do moving forward.
