Hi everybody. Welcome to this Sleep Hypnosis audio that I've written and recorded, not only to help you relax and drift off into a deep sleep, but also to help those who may be struggling to cope with panic attacks and the anxious thoughts that surround or trigger them. Panic attacks can often arise when we least expect them and therefore, it can take time to understand the root of the issue. However, by working on the subconscious part of our mind through hypnosis, we can gain a better understanding of the trigger points and consequently find ways to best manage and cope with anxiety attacks.Hypnotherapy is an incredible tool that enables us to speak to the subconscious part of the mind – the part that is in control of our emotions and habits, therefore enabling a much higher success rate than just desperately relying on willpower in the everyday conscious part of our brains.
