Chloe, you are an amazing and inspirational role model. She found what she enjoyed by chance (not initially knowing what she really wanted) and her stance is "I am meant to be here"!, Chloe started off her journey as an apprentice welder, and is now a fully-fledged welder, loves what she does and is doing great things in her industry. she wants to encourage young people that it is possible to turn your life around, in spite of bad decisions and choices that they may have made. Chloe encourages them to put themselves out there and ask for help.
She wants more inclusion of trade skills training to be introduced into schools at an early age to give more options on what is available. Please listen to our conversation and share with your networks.
