Paul Bwalya, an experienced Process Manager in Mining, he is from Zambia in Africa and works in Oman in the Middle East , a mentor and a role model who would like to see the industry more diverse and inclusive, have more young people and women enter the profession. He is very passionate about his industry and talks about what his company is doing to protect the environment and the government in Zambia is doing to bring more females into the industry
