Us humans have so much in common and are more alike than we know, we want happiness, a good life, deep relationships with our families, our colleagues, we want success, we all want the same basic things and we should have them. But we sometimes have mindset blocks, limiting beliefs that unless you take the time to look into them, you’re going to be repeating the same cycles over and over and over.
My trauma stemmed from sexual assault and it affected my ability to work full-time and my finances as well as on a deeper level. But it allowed me to move my mindset from being a victim to a survivor.
Our ego likes to have an identification, we often identify as our career, but years ago I identified as my illness, but then I started to reclaim who I was and then a new, more powerful identity started emerging and I really like this part of me because I didn’t know it existed. But, if I hadn’t gone through something traumatic I would never have known what existed inside myself

ABOUT THE GUEST
Tiffany Manbodh is a former teacher turned author and now holistic health coach. During her early adulthood, Tiffany experienced health issues that affected her on every level – physical, mental, emotional, etc. 
Her healing journey began a few years ago when she started exploring alternative and holistic modalities which helped her immensely. Tiffany also became more in tune with her body and honored its needs, whether that meant to rest more or nourish herself with different foods. Because Tiffany experienced such a major shift in how she felt compared to years prior, the desire to help other individuals achieve their most vibrant health was born. 
Tiffany received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With her knowledge, she co-creates completely personalised actions based on her clients’ goals to move them toward their ideal vision of health that complements their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
