Here’s the tea, I came to the realization that there is something WAY more important than “first impressions”. Our intentions! The intention with which we do anything that we do, makes all the difference. 
I figured, the best way to introduce myself and Stay Golden to you in this first episode would be to share the intentions behind the creation of this platform as not only an introduction, but also to serve as a reference for the things that you are doing, creating and building yourself. 
Here’s where my head is at in 5 bullet points, because quite honestly I can’t do much of anything without making a list. 
1. Creating what I wish Existed 
2. Mental Sharpness X Repetition 
3. A place to show up, Accountability both ways
 4. To make a Change you first have to BE the Change 
5. If we aren’t Growing, we are Dying
