Episode Synopsis
One of my favourite things to do is introspect my body, soul and spirit. I could be pushing the pram, cleaning out cat litter, mopping the floor, reading emails or stirring homemade, bubbling pasta sauce…when I give myself a little check-up.
How am I doing? Am I feeling tired? Am I feeling joyful? Is there anxiety in my heart? Why is my mind so full?
More often than not, I come out of my little mental, self-therapy session with a few tweaks needed. Things I need to pay attention to, pivot or put in place long haul to make sure that I’m more Nigella, less Gordon Ramsey, more Mother T, less woman on the news for killing people.
Here are a handful of things that help me feel a little healthier body, soul and spirit.
