Farmers and ranchers wear many hats, from agronomist to mechanic, accountant to caretaker, entrepreneur and meteorologist. Fifth-generation farmer, Kevin Johansen, is familiar with the many roles agriculturalists play, along with the challenges of the labor shortage in rural America. Because of these factors, Kevin put on his innovator hat and created a solution.
