In this seminar Fr Yacoub provides an insight into how to find peace in our lives and what to do if we feel peace is absent. He explains how peace is a gift from God and He is capable to give it because He is the King of Peace. He describes the relationship between peace as a means of escaping sin and how having a relationship with God and proving our loyalty to Him during times of hardship can protect us and give us Peace. He also describes the role of the Church as a source of peace, refuge and protection. Fr Yacoub concludes his talk with some advice about what to do in times of worry including the importance of the Psalms (esp.
Psalms 29, 92, 30 and 93), remembering what God has done for you in the past and seeking advice and prayers from the clergy.
