If the Huddle Guys sound tired in this episode, it is because they are!  This recording was made 4 days before the tax filing deadline, but that would not stop them from sharing advice about entity structures.  The Huddle Guys give a high-level overview of the most common business entities and their tax implications.  This includes sole proprietorships, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations.
At the beginning, in Eric’s self-described ‘story time segment,’ we are provided with the important reminder to review our tax returns.  It is our responsibility, not our CPA’s.  Our review (or lack thereof) can have serious implications.  And remember, your CPA is not a mind reader!
