Episode Synopsis

In this week's episode, we are joined by 2x World Duathlon Champion and holder of the fastest ever female debut ironman time in history... Catriona Morrison MBE. Catriona started triathlon following surgery on her achilies and then got the triathlon bug before very quickly being picked up by the national squad in Scotland. Catriona went onto race at the Commonwealth games with only 5 full triathlons under her belt prior to the games and her career then really picked up - eventually taking her to 2x world duathlon and long-distance duathlon champion as well as 2x European Duathlon champion.
Catriona talks us through how she got into sport, her journey from triathlon to duathlon, and the physical and mental battles of iron-distance racing.
