Paul and Glenn are back for another action packed and entertaining episode. This week we go back to the spectators and will discuss some bizarre things and events that have taken place in crowds at sporting venues. Some of what will be discussed include:
- a LA Dodgers baseball fan who was accused of a murder that he didn’t commit and was found to be completely innocent of the crime through the help of a determined Defence lawyer and the help of a TV comedy show.
- a well-known former Aussie Prime Minister, known for being a larikan, his love of sport and great ability to skull a beer.
- Mexican waves, streakers and beachballs.
- a lunatic climbing onto the roof a stand at the SCG and urinating on fans below.
- the Ritchies at the cricket.
- the Barmy Army characters e.g., Vic Flowers and their famous ditties.
- Gravy, the fan from Antigua.
- weird faces, pilled plastic beer cups on a sleeping spectator.
- binoculars on cheer girls, nail biting, nose picking.
- stupid dancing
- celebrities in the crowd
- objects being thrown e.g., knife
- sniper nests
- Jose Bautista home run which caused a crowd to totally erupt and trigger a small earthquake.
- cardboard fans/fake cheers during the COVID pandemic
- Buffalo Bills supporter falling form top deck to the lower deck.
- Kawl Leonard winning NBA Game 7 shot and the perfect video shot taken by a fan.
