I believe consciously meditating should be increasingly engaged with until we are consistently having and acting on positive and uplifting thoughts. Any time there are negative thoughts, it's time to be conscious of those thoughts and the choice we have to act on them or not. I am confident that the time I spend in meditation creates far greater overall effectiveness and efficiency, than forcing myself to push against resistance. There is a time and place for everything including pushing against resistance. I want to minimize the need to push against resistance and maximize acting on inspired thoughts in the flow.
