This week on the podcast we are sharing a LIVE Energy Healing session with my lovely client and friend Alice. Enjoy this episode and get a peek into what a virtual energy healing with Grace might look like. We walk through the process of "client intake", what is our client looking to work on with energetic healing? Do they have an understanding of Reiki, or any previous experience? Allowing time for the client to share a little bit about how they are feeling, setting intentions for our session, and answering any questions before beginning the Reiki process.
We set up this healing session so that yes, you can see what it might be like to get a Reiki Healing Session but also so you can experience that energetic healing as well, feel free to close your eyes lie down and receive. We go through an energetic cleanse of the body and the energy centers, as well as walking through a house cleanse.
We discuss addressing anxiety and daily stress, and how that can show up in the body plus some very simple actionable tips for energetic cleansing and protection of the home.
As we begin our healing session, I suggest closing your eyes and getting comfortable, or maybe putting this episode on in the background and going for a mindful walk or a stretch session. Allow yourself to feel and experience Reiki. Just like we suggest for Alice you can take some time to visualize a gold or silver light, almost like liquid pouring down into your energetic field, over your head, melting down your back and throughout your body.
Then Grace shares any psychic and mediumship messages that showed up for Alice during the healing session.
