A Spiritual Dare is what emerges when two therapists trust the process. Are they dying their hair blue? Going to a Monster Truck Rally to make friends? Come along for the ride! Each week we invite a guest to give us a “Spiritual Dare”, which we define as daring us to do something that:
*is good for us,
*is playful,
*pushes us out of our comfort zone
*and helps us in our personal evolution.
