success principles for many years. A long-time youth sports coach, he has seen
many athletes succeed and fail. Having participated om various sports
himself, he has first -hand knowledge of the mental challenges faced by
athletes trying to succeed. Like any physical skill, a proper mindset needs to
be practiced regularly. Jose can help players reach their dreams and goals
regardless of what they are.   In addition to helping players, Jose
works with coaches and parents to help them better understand their role in their
