Send me a text!!! I had the pleasure in speaking with Melissa Chippolini in this episode on the podcast. She is a psychologist, latina, bilingual, and a Philly girl living in NY/NJ. Melissa has experience treating individuals with lots of different areas of concern including balancing cultural identities, relationship stressors, healing trauma, and mood concerns like anxiety and depression. Melissa also has forensic experience, treating and evaluating individuals with history of violent or sexual offenses; and experience conducting law enforcement evaluations.The conversation between Melissa and I ranged from being first-gen/second-gen kids, growing up during that time of our lives and how to navigate stressors around that.
