Mr. Sanjay Nirmal played a major role in converting the real estate industry from paper-based to paperless. He is an engineer with 24 years of experience at MCGM and has played a very significant role in creating the Auto DCR application.

We discuss his extensive career path in civil engineering and government work, including his time at the Municipal Corporation of Mumbai. He played a pivotal role in streamlining the city’s building permission process by implementing online systems and data collection.

Thanks to Mr. Sanjay’s efforts, Mumbai has seen a dramatic improvement in its Ease of Doing Business ranking. Construction permissions are now faster, more transparent, and require fewer procedures.
