Listen "LeeAnn Webster: Building Trust and Creating Engagement"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode, Cheryl and LeeAnn Webster discuss: Building trust by asking permission Making engaging content Keep your rhythm Utilizing technology Key Takeaways: Don't throw up all over somebody's email just because you got a hold of their business card and don't scrape people's emails from LinkedIn. Instead, offer a way for them to opt-in using engaging and valuable content to encourage them to subscribe to your email list. A good way to think of something to write about is to ask yourself, "what is the least boring thing that happened to you today?" and you can build your content around that. Don't let people forget that they have subscribed to you, at the very least - have a bi-weekly schedule, and weekly if you can. Make a content journal. Pick an appropriate platform for your business and be well-acquainted with your numbers. "What will make you stand out and get more engagement is you being you and not a washed-down version of what you think a realtor or content creator should be." — LeeAnn Webster Connect with LeeAnn Webster: Website: https://leeannmariewebster.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/busygirlsguide/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/leeannmwebster/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/leeannwebster/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/BusyGirlsGuide Get in Touch with Cheryl: Website: www.cherylknows.com YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwvWKXBC6fKn1dLGY11hxIg Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/dynamiteproductionsinc LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/cherylknowlton/ Show notes by Podcastologist: Justine Talla Audio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions.
