Recently, there have been several prominent people as well as everyday people who have died by suicide. A former Ms. USA as well as the actress Regina King's son have both died by suicide. Many people have asked how does someone so beautiful or so successful do something like that? There are others who believe it is a selfish act. Well, T'shura and I tackle this topic in this episode, and we bring to light other concerns many people have with seeking help that are not often discussed, ie. fear of therapy and lack of access to therapy.
