God calls us to be humble.  Many times in scripture He says, “But many who are first will be last, and the last first.” (Matthew 19:30).  Luke puts it this way in chapter 14:11 when he says “For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.”  Cassi talks through how we can practically turn away from our selfish ambition, humble ourselves before God, and count others as more significant than ourselves.
Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. -Philippians 2:3
