Nicolle Merrill is an upskill adviser and author of the career book, Punch Doubt in the Face: How to Up-skill, Change Careers, and Beat the Robots. She was the former Associate Director of the Career Development office at Yale School of Management, where she coached hundreds of MBA students and professionals through all phases of their career transitions. Lee Pierce is an Assistant Professor at the State University of New York, Geneseo. She facilitated the launch of SUNY's nanodegree (micro-credentialing) program. Lee shares how to evaluate which upskill program is the best fit for you and the top skills of now and future. Lee's research has appeared in top academic journals, winning several awards from the National Communication Association. She integrates her best teaching practices into suggesting what an excellent upskill program should offer you.
