Dr Fabian Zander is a senior research fellow in aerospace engineering at the University of Southern Queensland. He recently spearheaded a project where a team conducted unique in-flight observations of debris emanating from a fragmented comet. Dr Zander is also a key player, using the university's world-beating hypersonic wind tunnel which is keeping Australia at the forefront of one of the sector's most exciting technologies. On this week's episode, he talks host Adam Thorn through the two projects, and how we can get more young people to enter our industry.
