You are meant to work. You are meant to produce. You are meant to create. But you were not meant to overwork, over produce or over create. You were made to work and rest. When God made you, He made you with all kinds of gifts and talents and passions that were meant to glorify Him and be used for His kingdom. But His intention was never for you to tirelessly work yourself into the ground and miss out on the joys of life He has for you. He also uses our gifts to bring us closer to Him. There may be some things in our lives that we need to let go of in order to be able to rest so that we can hear from the Lord.
