Paul is joined by Sharon Griffiths, a.k.a. The Curious Connector, to talk about why people need to stop being busy for the sake of being busy, especially if you’re not enjoying what you’re doing. Sharon used to be busy trying to achieve her goals but, when she was forced to stop, she realised she was in a space she didn’t want to be. There was something missing.
