This podcast episode is an interview from 2015 I wanted to share in honor of Earth Day and remember the late Dr. Patricia Bragg tireless health crusader, author, and president of Santa Barbara Company Bragg Live Food Products.
Patricia was also known as the Nutritionist to Hollywood stars, was active in campaigning for environmental issues, and supported garden education in schools.
I had several opportunities to meet Patricia Bragg in her home not too far from mine back then in Goleta, Ca. She was active in the community and always reminded me when she saw me to not cross my legs and not wear wired bras. She had such a vital energy, always positive, and very generous. She passed last year at 94 yrs young. Wow. Enjoy!
