In 1 Thes. 5, Paul begins to speak about the Day of the Lord and how it will come as a thief in the night.  This shouldn't catch us by surprise at all because we are of the day and not of the night.   The rest of the chapter depicts some pretty scary things drawing nearer.  At verse 16, he writes "Rejoice Always."  In the midst of the Dreadful day of the Lord approaching, Rejoice Always?   Praise God!  Yes, we can rejoice always even in the midst of trial and chaos.  Paul exhorts and admonishes us to Rejoice.  Tune in for more!
