"We’re moving into the New Year, new decade.  Energy building.  Can you feel it?  I do, but I’m feeling it more in the pauses. In the moments in between the top of the inhale, and the bottom of the exhale.  When I redecorate my bedroom and fall asleep at 8pm.  When I wake up at 5am and watch the sunrise.  When I redecorate the girls’ rooms while they are away and fold their clothes and put them away neatly on their new beanbags.  When I look up from my dinner and see Venus sitting with the sliver of the Moon." - You can read the entire blog on my site and listen here to me talk about REFLECTION.
