This week, we sat down with Kellie's children and talked about the process of becoming better communicators, working through ego triggers, and what it meant to learn to hear ourselves. Hearing ourselves, meant we could be better listeners to those who came into our lives. As we continue to consciously work through things as a family we've had to learn what direct communication means, how not to take it personally, and address our own inner issues.
