Today's sermon is from Matthew 28:1-15. Pastor Kevin tells the story of the women coming to the tomb to find an angel proclaiming that Christ has risen. No one expected the resurrection, even though Jesus had said multiple times that it was going to happen. The resurrection means we have hope. We can place all our hope in Jesus and the power of His resurrection. The resurrection guarantees us eternal life as followers of Jesus Christ. As soon as we believe, we receive the power of the resurrection.
