In Today's Lesson Plan: We are facing our fears and having those uncomfortable conversations with our parents! Whether it is as simple as telling them how you feel or as complex as disagreeing with them or even unpacking some of your pains from the past- the conversation starts today in the classroom. 
Instructor Sonny invites her mother to the classroom to talk through some of their communication highs and lows. The inspiration for this episode comes after an intense argument they both had where they failed to see eye to eye. Classmates participate and share their input along with our 4 family guests who come to the board share their opinions! Instructor Sonny assigns Homework and challenges everyone to dig deeper within themselves to practice better communication methods when they approach their parents. Keep in mind, every beautiful relationship takes Hard Work! I can not promise you the conversation will be easy but trust me, it is necessary!
