Songs can be a great way to process emotions. Writing your feelings and questions into lyrics can be therapeutic.

Like journalling or talking with a friend, writing songs about how you feel can help you really get it out. You can also use it as a way to ask God questions, similar to a prayer. In this episode, I get into what that looks like for YOU and how we can start doing this for ourselves.
