Here at Somatic Seasons The Podcast We love to honor ALL of our Seasons and Cycles within our Bodies and within our Ecosystems and Environments.

You might be experiencing Seasons of Freeze, Flight, Fight, Fawn or a combination of these. 
Honoring these Seasons and learning about Nervous System Dynamics changed my life and allowed for so much Healing - and a way to Thrive no matter what situation (and to experience the depths of Joy and Pleasure too, Woo!).
This New episode explains why I wanted to change the Podcast Name and Look, and gives a little taste of what's more to come on this Season.
