Our today's guest @Vin Vashishta, Chief Data Scietist @V-Squared  and Editor @ The ML Rebellion. 
He had ups and down in his career until now, but still he managed to pursue his passion and one of the data science influencers now in 2020.  
While talking #leadership, he mentioned the point that "As a leader its important to ask the questions, is this something that I can resolve, have the authority to resolve, have the capability and resources to resolve or this is something which needs to be escalated to the level above me?"  
In tips and advise section to the students and professionals who are looking to break into data science field, he mentioned that, start networking, be active, engage with people, ask questions, build relationships.
