A Home Office policy of deporting EEA nationals sleeping rough in the UK was found to be unlawful in the High Court in December 2017. In this first episode we hear from Benjamin from North East London Migrant Action, Jean Demars, a researcher and former outreach worker with homeless people, and Stephen Knight and Shanthi Sivakumaran, two of the barristers involved in the case.
