Nadine and her team are committed to providing Exercise and Nutrition Therapy & Rehabilitation Home Care Services for their clients who have lost health and hope after a debilitating illness, injury or hospitalisation. Nadine shares the personal story of her father's illness. Her father's ill-health has been the impetus behind setting up N.abled, Nadine provides some great education about why exercise and movement are so vitally important to long term health and well being. She shares examples from her work with clients and her efforts to get her work recognised by health and social care providers. Nadine’s story is filled with passion, purpose and persistence.
