She has spent zero physical dollars on marketing and advertising but has created video content that is unlike what is seen in the industry. Having a strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin, she grew her business 500% from her 1st to 2nd year of being a real estate agent. In 2018 and 2019, was nominated for Realtor Rookie of the year and got ranked #8 of social media marketing of Treasure Valley Realtors according to Propertyshark.com. Her and her team grossed 12 million in sales in 2017 and 20 million in 2018.
