Part 1 includes bike riding after school to fishing spots, dodging traffic for crayfish, fishing off the pier in Yokosuka Japan, my first pheasant hunt, learning how to hunt and stalk mice with a BB gun, and catching my first trout with my father. Many of the small things I did as a youth have helped me to become a better fisher and hunter now that I am aging into the “Old Salt” I look forward to being.
