The theme of so many of my clients this year has been that many things are not turning out the way they expected! I love to share tools as we go into the Holiday season with them and imagine with them what we will do if things go differently than expected. So many times they will tell me this will never change and lo and behold something different comes up. They love the empowerment that comes from already knowing this might happen and already having a contingency plan in place! Then we can sit back and laugh and be entertained by it all instead of being completely shocked and upset.
