The questions I am constantly asked most when I reveal that I have lost 80+ pounds after a 40+ year battle and kept if off for years now with zero concern of ever gaining it back is: You guessed it.... "How did you do it?" And depending on the person I am speaking to my answer revolves around having a change of my mindset around food as well as my thoughts and emotions. But then they want to know more, specifically how am I eating every day and how am I exercising? It's definitely important for us to plan our food and exercise and I love to help with that, but what if I told you, you might need a lighter touch on the how. Listen in as we explore why knowing how might not be the thing we are truly seeking.
