Satellite Technology is giving us the data to solve complex problems here on Earth. SatSure and @Prateep Basu are at the forefront of leveraging this technology to solve the plight of the Indian Farmer.
50% of India works directly in farming and farmers are poorly equipped to deal with the challenges that climate change and population growth are causing the needs of their crop yields. This in turn, is making it challenging for farmers to get the necessary funding for banks, which then is leading to the saddening issue of Farmer Suicides.
SatSure is using Satellite Data to solve these problems. From Providing data that allows farmers to better predict weather patterns to sharing data to Insurance and Financial Lending Institutions to make accurate funding decisions, SatSure is solving the plight of our farmers in India.
